Beacon of Hope is a free dentistry day we do every year as a way to serve the underprivileged in our community. So many people simply can’t afford dental care, and we don’t believe they should suffer with easily treatable dental issues like chips, cracks, and cavities.
Our favorite day of the year is when we open our doors for Mission Dental. This free dentistry day is designed to provide relief for the underserved in our community. Whether they need a cleaning, a dental filling, or an extraction, we do it all with a smile! In the past, our practice has completed as much as $30,000 worth of dentistry for people in need.
This walkathon, sponsored by the American Cancer Society, gives us a chance to support those in our Weatherford community who are battling cancer. Whether it’s offering help to families or remembering those who have been lost, we’re proud to participate.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with this small, private organization in the past, and everyone involved is wonderful. They help kids across Weatherford gain access to cultural media like plays, symphonies, and other performances that bring the joy of the humanities into their lives.
At our practice, we’re all about education, and we believe that every teacher and child should have access to the tools they need, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why we’re proud to support the Weatherford Education Foundation, which gives school supplies, books, scholarships, and additional funding to underserved teachers and students.
There are so many people who suffer silently in our community from homelessness and lack of means. The Manna Storehouse on East Spring Street near Little House Antiques offers support in hard times, helping our neighbors lead more dignified lives while they get back on their feet.
For over 27 years, this incredible organization has been helping people in poverty get the resources they need to improve their lives. Located right across from The Hope Chest, their very own resale store on Clear Lake Road, the Parker County Center of Hope offers guidance and a helping hand in more ways than one.
Everyone deserves a second chance, and at Sanctified Hope, formerly incarcerated women are given the opportunity to build a better future. This inspiring organization provides a stable transitional home, vocational training, volunteer opportunities, and Christ-centered ministry to help women rebuild their lives with dignity and without judgment.
